Mr. Festa's principal areas of practice involve real estate, business, and estate planning, and include all related transactional matters.
In Mr. Festa’s more than 35 years of experience in the Los Angeles area he has represented clients in all types of real estate matters: from homeowner and small investor acquisitions, sales, and refinancings, to large, complex development deals; from residential, retail, and commercial leasing, to the structuring and documenting of “build to suit” commercial properties; from advising clients on backyard boundary disputes and representing clients in property tax appeals, to arguing before the California District Courts of Appeal on real estate, business and anti-trust matters; from helping clients flourish during the boom years, restructure and survive during the inevitable bust years, and with the experience necessary to help clients plan for an always uncertain future.
Mr. Festa has represented individuals, families, partners, developers, heirs, small closely held businesses, private equity funds, and public companies.
He has also assisted many of those same clients and their families, and many others, with their business needs, wealth transfer and estate tax planning, and with post-death issues and administration (probates and trusts).
